Refund policy

At Candle and Byrne we are committed to selling high-quality products, but we also understand that there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so once you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order. The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You are responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Please allow 3-4 days for accounts to process a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
